Turkish police arrested 150 soldiers for suspected links to religious cleric Feftullah Gulen, whom Ankara blames for orchestrating the coup effort in July 2016.
Police said the operation was carried out at Istanbul's prosecutor's order.
On Thursday, meanwhile, over 80 members of the air force were arrested on the same charges.
Turkey has arrested over 160,000 people and has fired or suspended nearly the same number of civil servants since the failed stamp.
Of them, over 50,000 have been formally charged and held in prison during their trial.
Western allies have criticised Turkey for its persecution.
Critics say Turkish President Recep Tayip Erdogan is using it to silence critical voices.
Turkey says the measures are necessary to combat threats to national security.
