This document is required in order for further Serbian documents, such as ID and passports, writes Periscope.
So said Lubino Karadzic, president of Pristina's Acting Organisation, located in Gracanica.
Karadzic has said documents are being sought by Albanians of various ages, and most of them say they are from Pristina.
Also, according to him, in addition to those who have Serbian documents and want to renew them, there are many young Albanians who go for the first time on demand for Serbian documents.
The Serbian newspaper has reported that Serb representatives from Kosovo have explained that Albanians living in Kosovo can receive passports from the Serbian Administration, but still need visas to travel abroad.
However, they have said that with these passports Albanians can travel to countries that do not recognise Kosovo documentation, such as Greece and Spain. /Periscopi/
