Salih Kastrati's daughter is confessed: Ceku got us 50,000 marks of tribute

A single voice is trying to get out of Lipjan Prison to reach the ears of justice. It is the voice of Besarta Kastrat, who killed his father by bomb a few days after refusing to give 500 thousand euros in tribute to people associated with Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj

She has confessed to Insider everything she's seen and heard for more than ten years. It shows that her father had also been forced to pay tribute to Ethem Ceku. Ceku has refused to speak for Insider.

Besarta Kastrati Harxhi remembers the time when her late father had to pay tribute to powerful people who controlled Pec since the end of the war.

Ceku, through his men including the Hime Krasniqi bodyguard, had assigned the amount of tribute each gold merchant would pay. Fifty thousand marks was the fee. So had Salih Kastrati, known as Salih Dukat, paid.

Hime Krasniqi has also been the bodyguard of Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.
Besarta knows the entire group that says they have entered his father's house first as his protector. This group says it's engaged through Kemim Kelmendit.
All these are Ramush Haradinaj's men. They are Bedri Krasniqi, Hime Krasniqi, Selman Gashi, Mentor Sanaja, who worked as a police officer, Alban Dezdari charged in the 2004 police murder case. With all these dads, she has met Qerim Kelmendi, who is Ibrahim Kelmendi's brother”, she adds.

Insander sent questions to Ethem Ceku and Kemim Kelmendi, but nobody wanted to talk.

Ceku, has been one of the KLA leaders on the Dukagjin Plains. After the war ended, he was head of the Peja municipality, appointed by the Interim Government.
As he says in his biography, he has been the main mastermind of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.

From 2001 until 2007, he was minister in 4 cabinets -- of Bajram Rexhepi, Ramush Haradinaj, Bajram Kosumi and Agim Ceku. He led the Minister of Environment and then the Minister of Energy and Mines.

Hime Krasniqi, early in his bodyguard career, accompanied Ethem Ceku and later, Ramush Haradinaj.

He has been sentenced in 10 years and six months in prison and to 150 thousand euros in fines for the kidnapping of businessman Azem Morina.

The kidnappers in charge of Bedri Krasniqi had demanded from Azem Morina's son, threem euros. He was allowed after about 40 days when his son had paid 230 thousand euros.
Yes, Hime Krasniqi was sentenced to prison as well. Bedri Krasniqi was sentenced to 17 years in prison and a fine of 200,000 euros.

Dervis Idrizaj, 13 years in prison and 180,000 euros in fines.

According to Besarta, all this group is linked to Hayrie Rama and Tahir Dacin, with whom her father had property disputes that, according to her, were made by counterfeit documents.

The group originally asked Dad for a small sum. Daddy took care of them. If I'm not mistaken, it's up to three thousand euros. And then the situation got complicated because they were excited about getting that land and finally came back with threats and came home to us”, Besarta relates.
She has talked about the last meeting her father had with Bedri Krasniqi's people.

At this meeting Salih Kastrati had refused to pay tribute worth 500 euros. A few days later, a bomb exploded at the entrance of his house taking his life.

A new court process for kidnapping businessman by relatives of prime minister

At the meeting were Selman Gashi, the bodyguard of Prime Minister Haradinaj. He's one of the convicts for the kidnapping of businessman Azem Morina.

Gashi, along with Rostem Idrizi, Mentor Sanaya, Alban Dizdarin, Zekko Krasniqi and Syla Krasniqi wanted this amount of money to finally close an open property dispute with Tahir Dacin.

Days ago Insander published videos from this meeting held at the Kastrat House in Pec. There are conversations with threatening tones. Ramush Haradinaj and Kemim Kelmendi are also mentioned.

“Alban Dezdar told Dad in the face that night, I have received permission from Bedri Krasniqi. Bedri Krasniqi is saying that there's a tear in the ground, there's his own in that land, he's got it on that ground”, Besarta shows.

She says that today I do not know exactly who killed her father because of the vast circle of his enemies.

Besarta, convicted of a murder that she says didn't commit. She says her father's wealth wasn't great, but it's all been earned by work and honor. It shows that the fight has been seen from 11 fields in the center of Pec for which many people, including businessmen, have displayed claims.
And they have an eye and they don't think that land is making billions of them. That land is worth, and it's in a good place, but it's Sali Kastrati's, and it's nobody else's”, she insists.

I doubt everything. I'm in jail. I just have to suspect, if I had been free, she had something else, maybe I could've learned more, but they've got why they put me in jail, because I haven't been quiet, and I've never seen anything, and I can't stop begging them for justice for the murder of my father, say Besarta.

Besarta insists that the reason she was convicted of killing Fidan Shabby, who says she didn't do it is because she knows everything that happened to her father.
Why Besarta knows something about us, that's why they keep Besarta in prison without any evidence, without any evidence, without any proof”, she adds.
