Russia condemned the ongoing murder of Russian journalist Arkdy Babchenko, calling him “another anti-rus provocation”.
Ukraine's Security Service insisted on killing him in Kiev to prevent, as said, a plot by Russian agents to actually kill Babchenko.
Babchenko appeared at a news conference Wednesday, a day after being reportedly killed.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova described the action of the Ukrainian authorities as “a masquerade”, made for <x2).
She added that Russia is happy that Babchenko is alive.
Babchenko, a Kremlin critic, has moved to Ukraine after, as it has been said, death threats to Russia.
