Chief Prosecutor Ali Selimaj says even the examination of Kurti's phones has not indicated any details that could lead to any investigation lead that would indicate that this person was killed
The examination of the late actor Art Kurti's telephones, who was found dead on the morning of April 24th, has raised no doubt that the same was somebody's target or was driven to commit suicide.
However, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova is still awaiting an autopsy report by the Institute of Legal Medicine to draw conclusions about whether Kurt's death was murder or suicide.
The chief prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, Ali Selimaj, has told the newspaper “Voice” that so far even the examination of Kurti's phones has opened no doubt of any possible lead investigation into his death.
There was nothing anyone could have taken out of life. So far, we don't have anything on the phone, which has been sent for examination, even though we haven't had the answer yet, but we've been told with our mouth that there's no clue, which can lead us to a lead that would tell us that this person was killed or something like that”, Selimaj said.
Chief Prosecutor Selimaj says that based on information received from the legal doctor who carried out Kurti's autopsy of the body, the weapon was not based on the head during the shooting.
