Private distributors receive 157 thousand euros from the Ministry of Culture

The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports is minus 157 thousand euros. They took it from the private bookkeeper, who was hired by two private companies. Culture Ministry officials who are called upon to respond to the demands companies make, have simply ignored the process and violated legal deadlines. And when legal terms have been passed, the money has been taken automatically.

It's about two companies that were contracted by the Ministry of Culture, but they didn't pay their bill of money required under the law. For this reason, companies “N. P. - What? Prior to lng” and “Euro Albi S. P. K”, they were hired to collect the money. The first has reached MKRS receiving 30,000 euros, while the second has reached 127 thousand euros.

And for this loss, a disciplinary commission to these officials has been formed in the Ministry of Culture. At the request of the secretary-general, Veton Firzi had established a Bismim Bislim, At and Lila and February Kadriu commission.

But the commission has failed to make any decision against Antoneta Stefi-Goyanni, official at the Treasury Department in the Ministry of Finance and Taibe Selmani, the leader of the MKRS Finance Division. The communication of these two officials is allegedly leading to the loss of this money.

“Communication between Antoneta Stefi ãoni and Taibe Selmani, described as hiding the maximum content documentation, which has enabled the passage of legal deadlines for opposing decisions in the follow-up execution of the shares claimed by the parties by damaging the institution's budget in a total amount of about 157,000 euros for both subjects”, the disciplinary Commission report states.

“While verifying the electronic communications of senior officials, the Disciplinary Commission found it to be a matter of doubt that consists of not presenting at the right address, or knowingly concealing the documentation of two supplemental subjects, which has enabled the passage of legal deadlines for countering claims, with the consequence of executing the amounts claimed by the parties, damaging the institution's budget to a total of nearly 157,000 euros in both subjects”, it is said further in the report.

Osman Gashi, an official for information at the Ministry of Culture, told Insider that the case has been initiated on competent organs.

“Location The MKRS has not undertaken the case in question because it is the process that has been intervened with the magistrates. But as for those involved The MKRS does not provide information at this stage”, Gashi said.

The Euro Albi Company's representative, Fitim Azizi, has told the Isander that this company has been the winner of the tender for the construction of the Sports Gyms in the Cline municipality, whose sponsor was the Ministry of Culture, and that according to him this minister has not paid the sum of 127 thousand euros as an advance for starting the works. And that this company has sent this case to the private owner, through whom they have managed to get this money.

“We as a company have won the tender for the construction of the Sport Gymnastic Gyms in the Cline municipality, which the Ministry of Culture has financed. This minister, according to the tender, had to give us advances for the start of the works at 127 thousand euros. He didn't, until we sent him to the private owner. After we sent them to us, we got our money”, Azizi said.
