Numerous Kosovo Police Special Unit forces last night had surrounded the High Security Prison in Duz.
The media reported that the reason for this prison's siege was a suspicion of an escape prisoner.
Indexline wrote last night that the person who had attempted to escape from the High Security Prison in the village of Duz was Bedri Krasniqi.

Krasniqi is convicted of killing police officers Sabahate Tolaj and Jusuf Haklaj and kidnapping businessman Azem Morina. He is sentenced to 27 years of freedom.
Years earlier in the media, it was reported on how Krasniqi had changed to views and attitudes while staying in prison.
He had not escaped radicalism within prison.
The murderer of two Kosovo Police members -- Sebahate Tolaj and Isuf Haklaj -- Bedri Krasniqi is reported to have radicalised within the maximum security prison in Gerdovc, where she has been serving a 27-year sentence of freedom for double crime and another 17 for kidnapping by businessman Azem Morina.
A photo of Krasniqi, in which its drastic change was seen, was also published in the media.
Suddenly, he had decided to devote himself to religion.
But Krasniqi had also changed his attitude during court hearings that were taking place against him.
He was without legal protection after rejecting a female lawyer.
His reasoning had been strange.
Not only is he a lawyer, but I'm jealous of him, but I can't help him, but Krasniqi said at one of the court hearings that were taking place against him.
Last night was not the first time Bedri Krasniqi had tried to escape prison, Periscope reports.
On November 30, 2008, he had managed to escape from Dubrava Prison, where he was serving his sentence for killing two policemen.
After his escape, the Ministry of Justice then sponsored 18 officials of that prison.
Following his escape from Dubrava prison in late 2008, Krasniqi had performed several other criminal acts, including the kidnapping of the firm's owner “Glareva” from the Cline Glareva, Azem Morina, on September 21, 2010.
His kidnapping had taken place at the village exit, and in exchange for his head, Krasniqi and his group had demanded 3m euros.
Bedri Krasniqi was again arrested in December 2010, after two years of police research.
He had been arrested in his home in the village of Turjaca in Peja Town.
Krasniqi had been caught a few yards from his home while trying to escape again.
Since his escape from prison in November 2008, Bedri Krasniqi, born on September 10, 1979, from the village of Turjaca of the Peja municipality, allegedly involved in at least two other armed attacks on Decani, reported Time at the time./Periscopi
