Political tables, stupid activities that will not produce any results

Representatives of the main political subjects, including those of the Vetevendosje Movement (LVV), will respond Tuesday to the Democratic Party's invitation (PDK) to participate in a discussion table aimed at reaching political consensus for Kosovo's state agenda, and separately for the final phase of dialogue with Serbia.

But outside politics they are seen as stupid activities that will not produce any results, writes Koha Ditore.

Publicist Imer Mushkolaj has told the paper that, in the absence of concrete content actions, both of parties in the government and opposition coalitions, the alternative is emerging as organising party tables.

However, these tables will not produce any results, they are simply stupid tables that serve more to political parties and individuals assigned within them to cure complexe than to solve any problems, much less larger. The country for debate and decision-making is the Kosovo Assembly whose job these same political parties have paralysed by transforming it into an institution that produces only barren debates, and does not carry out the function it needs”, Mushkolaj has said. “Such party tables cannot replace the role that should have the Parliament. It's just fun.
