By this law, drivers on the highways there are allowed to drive faster than allowed so far.
In all, the current maximum rate of 120 miles per hour is up to 130 miles per hour.
According to the Government decision's reasoning, the change is made in order to adjust rules dealing with highway speed restrictions with those in most European Union countries.
