The Shumadia Square, north of Mitrovica, in addition to the memorial of CHAar Lazarus has now been added to two murals with large dimensions and war content.
Serbian citizens of that part have told Kosova Prees that one of these murals actually existed even earlier, but that has been modified and painted now, while the other has been working several days ago.
On these buildings worked in the city's multistory buildings, there are unreformed Serb soldiers, war vehicles, as well as the flags and symbols of Serbia there written in Serbian and the Cyrillic alphabet for this land is worth dying for, and for now there's no turning back. It is learned that through these murals, northern Serb citizens send a message that Kosovo is part of Serbia and that it will have to die in case of need.
Kosovo sources have indicated that authors of these murals are members of the so-called group KM-FEM 028 Severa North Mitrovica.
This group, consisting mainly of young Serbs, is known for beating Albanians in the north. In addition, members of this group often become irritated with other groups trying to control each of their areas, straining the situation even fragile in that section”, sources have said.
