Pristina's financing ban has caused clashes between Ambassador Lulzim Hiseni and the leader of the MPJ budget and finance division, Vlora Gashi. This is identified in letters that have managed to provide newspapers through informal routes.
There the ambassador complains that they are out of finances on the mission and that they risk being left out. MPJs, but not even the ambassador have indicated whether these problems have been overcome and what measures they took to keep them from repeating themselves.
