According to Lipani municipality chairman Imri Ahmeti, the eastern area of the municipality is largely involved in floods.
“Mainly the eastern area of Lipjan, Slovia, Smallusa, Upper Gadim, Downstair, Chalapek, Banula, Glogovac. These are villages that had floods on Saturday night”, Ahmeti told KALLXO.com.
The mayor said there are currently three teams in the field, which are dealing with the assessment of damage caused in family economies.
The municipality has formed a team that is dealing with the assessment of damage to physical infrastructure for roads and bridges, while the Agriculture Directorate is dealing with the damage done in agriculture.
