The light president's response, after winning the title

Light Club President Valon Murseli has been emotional about winning the champion title.

It via an inscription on the social network, Facebook has told of the club's 15-year sacrifice to restore the title to the town of Gjilan.

On the other hand, he has warned a European light for all club fans.

Today I feel more proud than ever, I achieved a purpose in life, I always wanted to do something that doesn't only make me happy but all the people around me. Today in the eyes of the citizens of Gjilan I saw the sacrifice, the labor and the long wait for this day.

Today history was written!

Gjilan is the capital of sports, we've always proved this but we seal it today.

The effort of all those who contributed to Drite to come this day can be said to have paid off today with this title that Light and Intellectuals have been waiting for 15 years.

The title is a reminder of a glorious history of this city. The title symbolizes sacrifice, hard work and commitment of a very large number of people who contributed to the Drite to shine. The Trophy marks the beginning of a new era, the challenges we had together became the course that I started.

I'm going to engage with all of my capacity to make a team known in the world of contemporary football, to fill out the trust to those who didn't save anything for Kosovo football to become internationally recognised. Our nation symbolizes hospitality, tradition and voice. We will display all these traits wherever we can represent our beloved Kosovo. A European light, this day is coming!
