Today, a solemn academy dedicated to hero Rasim Kicina and Ragip Halilaj, under Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's auspices, Periscopi reports.
Present - day mayors also attended, including the mayor of Drenas, Ramiz Ladrovci, Skywright's Bekim Jashar and Rahovec's Smajl Latifi.
After the end of the Academy, the latter were seen in society.
