The Henley passport index is a list that lists the most powerful passport in the world, listing as more powerful passports of states that do not need visas to enter other states, or that receive visas to reach the border.
Since Singapore and Japan took first place in February of 180 countries that their citizens could visit without visas, Germany was listed second with only one less state. But on the recently published list, the Japanese already have the right to enter visa-free in 189 states, again, the Syngaporians and Germans in 188.
While citizens of all three states can now visit from 8 more states than in February, the Syrians have lost the right to visit the state of Kosovo without visas.
