The Ferizaj Court, the Kacannik branch, has ruled based on Kosovo Penal Code provisions.
Zharku had been sentenced by EULEX to 3 years in prison for acts of forced and illegal weapons, while since his escape he has lived in Sweden and has in some cases participated in Kosovo institutions' organisation, KTV reports.
