Pierpaolo Cavaglier, an Italian entrepreneur known for cultivating agricultural plants used in the food industry, respectively, visited the Malisheva municipality yesterday, where he met with Deputy Mayor Hajdin Berisha and Agriculture Director Murat Hoxha.
According to the statement sent to the media from this municipality, the Italian entrepreneur has shown interest in investing in Malisheva in plant cultivation, used in the food industry.
Cavglier, said he is interested in cultivating these agricultural cultures, from seedlings to marketing to the opening of a factory for their processing.
Also, this Italian entrepreneur has said all of this would be achieved in co-operation with farmers from the municipality.
“Mayor Berisha and director Hoxha have announced to the Italian businessman, with the conditions and possibilities the Malisheva municipality has, in agriculture and in the possibilities of co-operation with local farmers, with the aim of cultivating agricultural cultures, including the cultures in which this businessman is interested”, the report said.
