Ismaili: Next year began construction of Pristina Hospital, municipality to find location

The Law for the capital envisions construction of the Pristina Hospital. Health Minister Uran Ismaili has announced that the construction of this hospital will begin in 2019 “Strategic Planning will take place during this six-month term, while in terms of construction it will certainly come after it, which will be [...]
We're going to do the strategic usage during this quarter, while in terms of construction it will probably come after it, which will be for next year”, Ismaili told Online Economy.
He's said to first become a feasibility study for the real needs of citizens, and that the hospital will be functional and complete with adequate staff.
He has added that this must be done so that construction does not drag on as in the past.
Minister Ismaili has discussed these issues with Pristina chairman Shpend Ahmeti, days ago.
“... first become a feasibility study and know what service there will be in that hospital, as long as it is a large hospital, what equipment it needs, how many doctors and nurses it's going to be”.
So let's have a strategic plan not to enter a project that then drags on or remains for a long time”, Ismaili said.
The Health Ministry has taken over project planning and design, while the municipality will initially engage to find the suitable location for construction.
I, as minister of Health, will deal with planning, design and all the concepts that come, while the municipality will first find its location”.
Both planning and location will do it together, of course we gave separate responsibilities”, proclaimed Ismaili for EO.
In the municipality of Pristina, however, they have stated that they welcome co-operation with the Ministry of Health for the Pristina Hospital and that working groups are expected to be established so that the work is not delayed.
