The Parliament's MP from the Vetevendosje Movement ranks has called the Parliament's decision shamefully, which elected Radomir Laban, as Constitutional Court judge from the ranks of the Serb community.
MP Haxhiu, through a Facebook text, has called Laban a criminalist. It also criticised MPs who failed to elect a member of the Constitutional Court from the Albanian ranks.
There were those among the candidates who deserved to be members of the Constitutional Court from the Albanian ranks, because of the deals, the Assembly failed to elect them! But not from among Serbs! 71 deputies voted to judge the Constitutional Court a person with a criminal past! There's no more shame.
Six Albanian judges' candidates have failed to get the right votes, and in revote go Remzije Istrefi-Peci, Nedmi Rexhepi, Safet Hoxha, Rock Manaj, Hajzer Salihu and Vidan Qorroli.
