But even after close to eight months, this agreement has remained only on paper, since the prime minister is not implementing it, KTV reports.
No resident of this village has yet to be employed in KEK, despite Haradinaj's promise, that there will be jobs for one member of each family.
The implementation of this agreement is being sought by young people whose names are on the list of employment waiting, which is in government offices.
The most concerned are the displaced, who say that lands where different agricultural cultures have cultivated have already been expropriated, even without that job.
Through that agreement, it was provided for the employment process to take place in separate stages.
The first stage was for hiring 100 people to continue with other stages.
Obilic's chairman, Xhafer Gashi, whom residents left guilty, along with the prime minister, says that the municipality has only been in the role of mediator.
Gashi, also a member of the AAK, says he has sent paperwork to Government on this issue, but has not received answers.
Government spokeswoman Donjet Gashi has said there are several phases to be respected, adding that the process cannot be carried out within the week or month.
However, late last year, after this agreement was reached, KEK had declared free jobs.
No resident was employed there, since the Law on Obilics was taken and other candidates were employed.
