Even Greek opposition leader Micotakis said the possible agreement should include constitutional changes and a name for all uses, respectively.
Our neighbour must change the constitution, since its Constitution today contains an unacceptable name. It must change. This change in the Constitution is the main prerequisite and you know why it's the main prerequisite? Because we EU and NATO member states are democratic states that respect rule of law. How can we tolerate that a state and its prime minister sign an agreement and ratify this agreement, which is against the Constitution? What an example we will give to”, said Greece's President Prokopis Pavlopoulos.
