It was mentioned earlier, but not officially that limousine would be finalised during the state ceremony. Developed through a programme called “Cortez”, it replaces previously favoured German vehicles by the presidential administration, reports “RT” Transmission Periscope.
Russia has not used local cars since the Soviet Union.
