A 28-year-old Kosovo has been arrested in Morina after being internationally sought by the German state.
Official police information suggests that the pro-visual arrest has been made aimed at extraditing Kastriot Rasan, 28, from the Kosovo Vushtrria to Germany.
This citizen was captured in the entrance of P. K.C. Morina, where, while processing documentation, it resulted in an international search by Interpol Wiesbaden/Germany. To this citizen, the Trier/German Court, by ruling No. 35a Gs 594/18, 1602.2018, has issued the International Search Order for Criminal Work “The violation of the drug law”, provided by the articles of the German Criminal Code”, is said to be reporting police in Albania.
Materials for further actions were passed to the Prosecutor of the Kukes Judiciary. / TCh/
