Djuric steals the picture from Kosovo photos, he warns indictment

This photo of Pristina had been chosen as a background in a video address to the 10th anniversary of Kosovo's independence, chief of the Office for Kosovo in Serbia's Government Marko Djuric. The propaganding video, entitled “The true story of Kosovo”, where Djuric in the background has Kosovo's capital, is published in the official channel of the [...] Progressive Party.
The propaganding video, titled “The true story of Kosovo”, where Djuric in the background has Kosovo's capital, is published in the official channel of the Serbian president's Progressive Party, Alexander Vuciq.
But, the picture attached as a carpet behind the Serbian official has been stolen from Kosovo photographer Arben Llapashtica.
Llapashtica, who is KTV cameraman, says he was surprised to see this move.
Llapashtica says his photograph is loaded in Wikipedia, but its use is allowed only if one is attributed to the author.
For this copyright violation, he says he will file a lawsuit.
For the indictment he is planning to make the Serbian president's party, he has also consulted the Office for Author's Rights at the Ministry of Culture.
It was suggested that the indictment be made in Serbia, after one, according to the office's chief, Valon Kashtanjava, allows international rules.
The violations of Wikipedia's standard license and copyrights have also confirmed copyright connoisseur Arian Dobroshi.
In the Serbian Progressive Party on Thursday, they have given no answers to the issue.
