The month-long detention measure against defendants has been scheduled, Gani Bernjashi, who allegedly killed his 14-year-old son by excessive violence exerted against the latter by wooden stick, under the argument that he received 1,000 euros.

The Gjilan Foundation Court ruling says that “. According to the decision, provided by KALLXO.com, the chief prosecutor of the preliminary procedure (Agim Ademi) after examining all the subject papers and having heard the parties' claims, has come to the conclusion that the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Gjilan, the Department for grave crimes, for the appointment of detention against defendants is based.

It was reported during the day of the detention request for Guni Bernjashin, the father of the 14-year-old man who allegedly killed the latter by exercising excessive wooden - stick violence.

During yesterday's day the chief prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Gjilan, Jetish Maloku, said that Gani Bernjashi exercised violence in his 14-year-old son, under the reason that the latter had received 1,000 euros out of 3 thousand total.

All of this began when Gani Bernjashi returned from a healing bath to his home, and he found that he lacked 1,000 euros.

Bernjeshi allegedly had beaten his 14-year-old son to death and had attacked his 17-year-old daughter at the same time, causing this last to be a bodily injury.

After the beating, Bernjeshi had locked his son in a room and had not checked at all, after hours he had noticed that his son is not giving signs of life, with that case family members have sought the help of the police.

The chief prosecutor said during the day yesterday that Gani Bernjashi lied to the police that his son had been in an accident until investigators discovered the 14-year-old man had signs of body violence.
