Delawi: Special Court to Charge Only Individuals, Not Ethnic Groups

American Ambassador Greg Delaway in an interview last night given for RTV Dukagjin has said that the year 2018 should be a year of success in dialogue, go ahead in Kosovo- Serbia, as well as focus on reaching a final agreement.
