Works on the road linking Decanin and Plav have triggered debate and reactions. It is the Social Democrat Initiative branch in the Decani municipality, which expresses concern at the initiative of international representatives in Kosovo, as well as condemning any attempt to halt the work on this road.
“Igumeni Monastery of Decani Monastery Sava Janjic, in connection with the asphalt of Decani Street Plav, are unacceptable and anti-democratic. We seek from the local and international factor not to cut off the lines of the Decani Monastery personnel”, the Initiative's statement reads, Kosovo conveys.
