The CAS news was also confirmed by the Peruvian Football Federation (FPF).
The 34-year-old attacker has proved positive in the use of cocaine, which was done to him after the match against Argentina last October.
FIFA had reduced its stop in six months when Guerrero returned to action this week for Brazil's team, Flamengo earlier this month, and he had marked against the Chapecoense team on Sunday.
His lawyer complained that Guerrero accidentally used these sillulants by drinking contaminated tea and that the player has been protesting this thing constantly.
