Mulhrama has expressed her concerns through a communique where she has told of irregularities which, according to her, occurred at the Kosovo Lawyers' Oda.
She has said that “has sometimes sought several joint meetings for problems that took place in the OAK, but I have not received answers from OAK leaders”.
Mulhrama has shown that OAK leaders have sometimes held meetings where she and the commission members have not been invited.
When given the prosecutor's access to changes is denial of commission members to present these problems. It is known that the prosecutor cannot have this position equal to the commission members, but only with the parties in procedure”, Mulhrama has said.
On the basis of these concerns, which Mulhrama has voiced, he has announced he is no longer part of the commission or any other position of the Kosovo Lawyers' House.
