Cemajlaj i NISMA: We're not seasonal parties, we're ready for choice.

Deputy Interior Minister Isa Xhemajlaj, invited to Interactive KTV, has talked about today's early meeting in the Kosovo government, along with other deputy ministers at the invitation of Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.

He said 7 o'clock for this meeting has probably been suitable for the prime minister's agenda and says he does not see the issue problematic.

According to him, the prime minister's subordinates must report to show what they are doing, as far as they have arrived at work.

He says not all deputy ministers have spoken at this meeting, as they have previously submitted written reports so that the prime minister can see who to talk to.

Speaking of the exit of cameras from the hall when the complaints of deputy ministers, Xhemajlaj, who is a member of the Initiative, have said there was nothing extraordinary.

The “simply had complaints from those who do not have the space to do things as required by law”, he added.

Haradinaj, according to Xhemajlaj, has pledged to talk with those ministers whose deputy ministers have complained of contempt and lack of work space.

Xhemajlaj said that at today's meeting there were over 70 deputy ministers, and a very small number may have been missing.

Regarding the large number of these officials, Xhemajlaj said that “Kosovo is a building house and needs a large number of workers to build it”.

Other states do not have the law to take to the government and officials from the communities. We're a big government and we have big jobs”, he added.

The MPB has a very good timing. MPB has 12 strategies, and the deputy ministers to deal with these strategies are split. We all have business apart. We have good co-operation with the Serbian deputy minister. We're also co-ordinators”, Xhemajlaj said.

He said the ministers missing at government meetings are those who have well delegated jobs.

We report before the minister every Monday at 9 o'clock for the jobs we've done and the tasks that await us during the week. We have a Serbian deputy minister and the other 3 are from the Albanian parties”, he said, Koha.net reported.

He says the new minister, Batush Gashi, has not done anything new since former Prime Minister Flamur Sefaj has only arranged matters with his subordinates.

MPB Deputy Minister Isa Xhemajlaj, speaking of the case of the expulsion of Turkish citizens from Kosovo, said there has been no information about the event, though he says there was a close report with former minister Sefaj, who was dismissed for the very case.

He says there have been violations of the law and procedural violations have been committed in the case of Turkish citizens, and Sefaj has been dismissed for that reason.

Speaking of the Serbian chief of office for Kosovo in Serbia's government, Marko Djurovic, Xhemajlaj indicated that his Serbian colleague has filed a complaint in Kosovo Police Inspectors for police officers who arrested Djuric.

The “was an illegal entry into the territory of the Republic of Kosovo. Everyone has to be arrested and I don't think there's supposed to be such a big publicity. Like him, like any other case that goes illegally. But I don't want to judge whether police officers who have arrested Djuriqi” have violated the law, he added.

Meanwhile, it says the Serbian deputy minister is still in office and is on the job, despite the Serbian List declared to have emerged from Haradinaj Government after the Djuric case.

He has thanked all search-saving teams for the two officers who had been hit long ago in the Kacanic Han road model of Elez, who were found dead about 10 days after their disappearance.

On the road to membership in Interpol, Xhemajlaj said good work has been done, even though obstacles from states that failed to accept Kosovo into this institution.

“Nisma has made a good contribution to this Government, despite being represented by only 3 ministries. The Labour Ministry has already made good steps. Even Minister Bajrami (MTI) has done good work in protecting local products”, he said.

Speaking of the possibility of cutting the mandate of this government, Xhemajlaj said this Government will go down to the end of the mandate because, as he said, “elections are not becoming the solution”.

Local governance in Drenas can only boast of projects the Kosovo government has made, Xhemajlaj said. We don't have any investors, no investments, no jobs. On the contrary, a Ferronikil factory is closed. It is even greater poverty than it used to be”, Xhemajlaj said of Ramiz Ladrovci's rule in Drenas.

In the absence of perspective, Xhemajlaj said the citizens of Drenas have also begun to move.
