An indictment has been filed against police Avni Berisha, who is suspected of assaulting former director of “Vala”, Agron Mustafa.
The news of the indictment's establishment has confirmed it for Gazeta Express chief prosecutor of the Founding Prosecutor in Gjilan, Jeanish Maloku.
Maloku said the investigation phase has ended and the prosecution has filed charges against suspects Avni Berisha.
The scope of the investigation is over, and the prosecution has filed an indictment on April 15th of 2018, against suspects in the attack on Agron Mustafa”, Maloku told Express.
The physical attack on Agron Mustafa took place in December of last year and included in this case allegedly were chief economic crimes in the Kosovo Police, Nazmi Sahiti and police known as “Tarkani<1>, Avni Berisha.
