In the coming week, the Kosovo side will apply for an official relaunch of dialogue with Serbia, says Avni Arifi, chief of the Kosovo delegation in Brussels talks.
In an interview for Tv21, he said he would demand that the first point of the agenda be implementation of the energy agreement, thus warning that without implementing this agreement, there is no point in discussing with the Serbian delegation.
He has said that following the break-up of dialogue in March, Serbia has changed the gap, bringing in quite rudely to Kosovo.
Regarding the ban of Kosovo karateists, who took place by Serbian authorities days ago, Arifi has said such a thing is unacceptable.
