Apple intends to introduce a new trait that will allow iPhone users to unlock doors and cars at home using the phone.
Engadget writes that it will be possible because of the NFC wire on the smart phone, which allows the use of services such as Apple Pay.
The change of the NFC chip is expected next month and must mark the start of using the iPhone for other sensitive security interactions, from transportation payments to opening the door and verifying identity.
The NFC chip can be used in a number of ways, including use in the healthcare industry, broadcasts Kosova Preris.
The changes will come in the update ofOS 12, and on these Apple skills have been working since 2014 with HID Global. Presentation of the new features is expected in early June at the Waldwide Development Conference (WWDC).
