Apple has admitted that iPhone 7 and 7 Plus models operating on IOS 11.3 have problem with microphones during calls. Several cases of this nature have been handed over to Apple shops, prompting the company to launch investigations.
Some users in Reddit and Twitter have reported experiencing such microphone problems over the past few months.
Apple has recommended that all users with this problem turn down Bluetooth to overcome this defect.
In case the problem is not over, Apple suggests that the phone be turned off to rekindle.
