EU chief in Kosovo Natalia Apostolova, has said that very soon this day will be celebrated with Kosovo part of the EU.
Apostolova was impressed by the many children who had been out in the open for this day.
“Urim the Day of Europe citizens of Kosovo. It's good to see the kids in the square. I wish you what you are doing and very soon we will celebrate Europe's Day with Kosovo part of the EU”, Apostolova stressed, encouraging the country's institutions to fight crime and corruption.
Minister Hoxha, after passing the capital squares, eventually congratulated citizens for Europe Day.
I wish all citizens, I hope Kosovo will be even closer to the EU. Our citizens work, make the country stronger for our young people to have perspective”, Hoxha has said. She added that all are committed to moving citizens freely as soon as possible.
We do everything we need to do, Kosovo is committed to doing it. May 9th of next year will be the year of free movement for citizens”, Hoxha has said further.
