The Russian president has also found support in Permet. The slogan for the Kremlin chief has been seen in the city for the past few days.
Police have no explanation nor suspects as to who could have written on the walls the <x0-> lord slogans saved Putin” and his and Russia's name.
The slogan is written in the Partizan neighbourhood near the 9-year school “Nonda Bulka” in Permet, leaving residents surprised, who say they have not seen local leaders and no longer the president of distant Russia for years.
