The Mitrovica municipality has hired 32 people with contracts for separate services illegally. No recruiting procedure was used for their employment, says the report by the National Auditing Office for the Financial Mirrors of the Mitrovica Community for the year concluded on December 31st 2017.
“Comuna, had hired 32 employees with deals for special services. The municipality for these employees had not applied simplified recruiting procedures, as provided with established legal acts. Moreover, in three cases engaging in arrangements for special services were for regular positions and did not involve specific jobs”, the report says.
According to this report, irregularities also took place in domestic advancement procedures.
“The education director had not applied internal procedures for advancement in office, for the chief position of the sector in administration and finance, as provided by regulation”, the report said.
