The Special Prosecutor has filed charges against former Kosovo Police Director Emin Beqiri and businessman Hashimi, in the case known as “Sexer”.
The Bekiri is charged with “Using official task”, “Prudimentation of the test or official procedure” and “Abnegation of criminal acts”, while the Hashimi beat, according to the prosecution, has committed criminal acts “The effectU8> and “Marider”.
The special prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has filed an indictment in criminal subjects targeted as the case “Sexer”, against indictees E.B. article 422 paragraph 1 of KPRK, Article 394 paragraph 2 of KPRK, and Article 386 paragraph 2 related to CPRK paragraph 1, and R.H. in the direction of criminal acts by Article 431 paragraph 1 of KPRK, and 335 paragraph 1 related to KPRK 81, the State Prosecutor announced.
Former chief of economic crimes in Kosovo Police Emin Beqiri, and businessman beat Hashimi allegedly received 100,000 euros to the organisation's directors QAD, to close a case.
Just a few months before this investigation began, police had arrested 8 organisation officials QAD under suspicion that they have created pyramid schemes, through which they have deceived numerous farmers for agricultural grants.
