President Hashim Thaci says the atoms in Serbia are continuing with their hostile approach to our citizens of the Serb community, integrated into the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.
State chief emphasises that the arrest of Kosovo Security Force member Milos Shosic is very disturbing, by Serbian police at the Koncul border crossing.
“Such actions are against free movement, against human rights, against European values and are a severe blow even to our good neighbourly efforts”, says Thaci
Furthermore, according to him, these Serbian police actions come only days after Serb leaders threatened KSF members, our Serb community citizens, with arrests only because they are part of the KSF, which will soon be transformed into the Armed Forces of Kosovo.
The arrests and threats cannot stop either the KSF transformation process and the journey of Kosovo towards EU and NATO membership”, the president declares.
