Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri speaking at the extraordinary session for the deportation of six Turkish citizens said Kosovo and Turkey have international legal relations.
According to him, Turkey has requested from the Ministry of Justice the extradition of 47 Turkish citizens, but none of these have been extradited.
Tahiri has also indicated the requirements Turkey has consistently called for the extradition of Turkish citizens from Kosovo to Turq.
Tahiri has stressed that in 2017, 344 persons from Kosovo have been deported, except for the responsible bodies, neither the president nor the prime minister, nor anyone because it is the responsibility of the police and MPB, and have been made without a court decision. With that Tahiri has hinted that six Turkish citizens have been deported from Kosovo, while for that, he said there is no more information.
