Former Serbian military intelligence chief Momir Stojanovic, in an interview given the Russian propaganda agency, has offended Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, saying he poses a danger to security. Stojanovic has cited differences between Haradinaj and Kosovo President Hashim Thaci. Says Thaci has a colder head than Haradinaj.
“Haradinaj is a military and, as such, he may be a threat to security. Thaci has a colder head, even though he is also extremist”, Stojanovic said.
The former Serbian secret service chief has spoken even about arrest and then the expulsion from Kosovo by Marko Djuric. Stojanic has said that with this act, Kosovo government officials have stepped up pressures between Kosovo and Serbia.
According to Momir Stojanovic, Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, the move for the arrest and deportation of Djuriqi did so against the will of Kosovo Serbs, warning that arrests would be made if such actions are again committed by Serbian officials.
He added that Serbia must appeal to the international community to force Pristina to interrupt its combat rhetoric and resume dialogue.
