Radio channel “Al-Ekhbariya” on Saturday has announced that two high-ranking rebels have been killed following air strikes that took place in Sana on Friday evening.
Also reported are 38 others killed following attacks on the interior ministry's targets.
Rebels Houthi have confirmed the air strike that took place in Sana but did not provide further details, reports “Al Jazeera”, Periscopi broadcast.
They have organised a local mortary ceremony for the two commanders killed in the presence of a large number of soldiers.
On the other hand, Saudi air defence said it has destroyed four rockets thrown by the Houth rebels in the southern province of Jazan, Arabia, near the Yemen border.
The Houthi movement has confirmed that it has launched eight ballistic missiles in the direction of Jazan with the aim of “godging the vital objectives of the economy”, the news agency “had announced. Saba”.
The Saudi air campaign against Houth attacked more than 16, 000 times since it began on March 26, 2015.
