Russia blocks IP addresses of Google to stop Telegram

On Monday, Roskomnandor began blocking the telegram in line with a judicial decision due to the company's refusal to give authorities access to the codes needed to decipher user data.
However, the telegram managed to bypass the impasse and continued its activity using Google's IP addresses and other technology companies. Users lost track of the telegram app on Sunday.
