The event took place on the island of Bohol on March 26th.
The cops gave the blonde girl a traditional piece to wear on top. This girl had been complaining about the community because “was driving in inappropriate clothing, insulting residents”.
The police communiqué reportedly has been detained <x0 user shamelessly”, who have been fined.
