The prosecution says the groom promoted the robbery of 60,000 euros in friends' homes

Bekir Zeneli and Ridvan Islam are charged with robbing from a house of 60,000 euros, a kilo of gold, many other valuable items, and also connecting her and her children at home.

According to the Prosecutor, Zenel of Islam were not alone in this robbery.

The prosecution claims they were driven by the groom, Fejzullah Sejdiu, who, according to them, knew that money and valuable things are found in that house.

After reading the indictment, accused Ridvan Islam and Fejzullah Sejdiu were acquitted until accused Becir Zenel was reluctant to plead guilty, which, by law, a plea over the guilty is taken as contempt of guilt.

The incident according to the indictment he secured the cable.com occurred on July 7, 2017, at 2:30, when defendants Bekir Zeneli and Ridvan Islam, along with accused Musa Zeneli and Edon Qibukqiu, who are on the run, as members of the group, disguised and armed in hand, have entered the home of the injured Nerdzhivane Rudari, located in a village of the Podujevo municipality.

According to the prosecution, she was then sleeping with her three children and a brother - in - law girl.

These guys woke up from sleep by suspects who shouted: Don't kill! At that moment, accused Ridvan Islami, who has had a white shirt on his head, has pointed a gun to the head of the damaged Nerdzhiwane, then they have all shut his mouth together with stickers and connected the damaged and children.

Following these actions, the prosecution claims that accused Bekir Zenelli has been sitting in the room with the injured and her children, while the other defendants have damaged the three floors of the house, where they have managed to find and get 60,000 euros in cash, about a kilo of gold, hand watch, anti-lead jacket, type “TT”, a small safe and other valuables.

Also, always according to the indictment, they finally got the keys to the car that damaged the type “Ford Focus” with license plates of the Republic of Albania. This car has left the scene until the village's end, where it has been abandoned, with what cases of injury they have experienced with enormous fear and serious material damage. With that, the two accused in co-ordination are charged with the criminal offense.

In addition, the same work is charged with criminal possession, control, or unauthorized possession of weapons.

Meanwhile, the third accused, Fejzullah Sejdiu, has deliberately pushed accused Ridvan Islam, Beqir and Musa Zeneli, as well as Edon Cukqiu, to carry out the criminal robbery so that after these accused people have known them earlier, they have been pushed and persuaded to go to the home of the damaged Nerdjmane Rudari, to take money and valuable items.

Sejdiu is the son-in-law of the damaged family and the prosecution claims he has been aware that there are money and other valuables in this house.

According to the prosecution, Sejdiu has committed criminal action in the form of co-operation in committing the criminal act of pushing for the offense.

At the end of the session, defence lawyers sought release from custody and the house arrest of the accused, demanding that it be replaced by any alternative measures, but that Judge Shadije Grguri rejected these proposals. /Kallex/
