In a new survey, according to Independent, only a quarter of Britons supported the United Kingdom's decision to join air strikes against Bashar al-Assad's regime, allegedly using chemical weapons against civilians, Periscope broadcasts.
An exclusive investigation into the British newspaper reveals that the vast majority of people in Britain opposed Prime Minister May's decision to join the US-led action that threw over 100 rockets into three Syrian government countries.
The new survey will be terrible for the prime minister, who has even threatened other attacks by preparing to face British parliamentarians to defend her decision.
Moscow has even threatened with consequences, with diplomats fighting at the Security Council.
Only 28 per cent supported the action, while 36 per cent opposed it. The rest did not even object, but did not support May's decision, Periscope follows.
Even the leader of the Laborist Party, Jeremy Corby, has been very tough with the prime minister, saying he's being taught by Donald Trump what to do. /Periscopi
