But the famous digital map service is much more advanced today, and there are now more than 1 billion people who use Google Maps to discover new places, find their way through cars, drive bicycles on different paths and walk around and do things in the real world.
But a very important news for Albanian digital space is that Google is also coming to Albanian. Long time has been expected to see such a development, even Telegrafi. com has discussed intensively with many Google executives to get to this point.
The official Google report says that “so, we are making Google Maps even more useful because we have added 39 new languages to ʹ spoken by some 1.25 billion people worldwide: African, our Albanian, Asian, Armenian, Azerbaijan, Bosniak, Burmese, Croatian, Swedish, Macedonian, Turkish, Ukrainian, Uzbek, Vietnamese and zulu, among other things.
An even greater digital transformation and new opportunities for businesses is now expected, but Albanian advertisers, who have been challenged by an inability to develop new products and services on the large platform of Google, as a result of the lack of Albanian language in the world's largest research engine.
