Montenegro's opposition candidate for president Marko Milacicic says that if he becomes president, he will insist on canceling the decision to recognise Kosovo.
Milacciq, as media broadcast in Montenegro, at a rally in Berane, has said the Montenegrin government manipulated its people on the issue.
The same, in his opinion, took place in the case of introducing sanctions against Russia and entering NATO.
The presidential election in Montenegro will be held on 15 April, where seven candidates will compete.
