With the new administrative directive to determine the conditions and procedures for road reactions signed days ago by Minister Paul Lekaj, this company has opened the way to continuing monopoly after 2019.
Within the framework of this instruction are some provisions that clash with the Competition Protection Law, which the Kosovo Competition Authority and the GAP Institute during the drafting phase have demanded to be revised, providing a series of remarks and recommendations.
