A New York judge dismissed the pop star's indictment against Darlene Lutz, with the argument that the restraining status to recover its items has expired.
One of the things is the letter of separation from the Tupac rapper, who passed away in 1996, to which Madonna had a secret relationship.
The auction for these items will take place in July, according to what the web page “reports TMZ”
Madonna claimed he did not know that Lutz was in possession of Tupac Shakur's 1995 letter until he heard on an online auction last year.
In an exciting letter, the rapper's legend said that being close to a black man could only help her career while her image would be damaged by the fact that she was related to a white woman.
The former president has had a secret relationship, over which Madonna has spoken openly only recently.
The singer and Lutz, once a friend, have been busy since 2003, and after resolving a legal dispute over art next year, Madonna signed the release of all claims on “anything” against its former companion, Judge Gerald Lebovs stressed in his decision, made public during Monday.
That said he further explained, the pop star can no longer file charges on items that are subject to auction.
Madonna told judges last year when she requested a court order to stop the sale, that her marital status “does not avoid the right to keep privacy, including that to personal items”.
Lutz's lawyers have accused Madonna of “personal action”.
